MEP ENGINEER - COORDINATOR

1. Summary

The role involves coordinating and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works to ensure smooth integration with civil construction and full compliance with authority and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing design and shop drawings, resolving technical clashes, monitoring progress, liaising with consultants and subcontractors, overseeing on-site installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and EOT cranes), and supporting project planning and scheduling to ensure timely project delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all MEP works, ensuring smooth integration with civil construction and compliance with Transco and authority standards. Reviewed design, shop, and as-built drawings, resolved site clashes with civil and electrical teams, and monitored project progress. Liaised with consultants and subcontractors while overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and EOT crane installations, supporting overall project scheduling and execution.

3. Key Skills

Experience in 400kV Substation projects (preferred)

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Candidates currently on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa

Ability to work as part of a flexible and adaptable team.
